Free Trial & Return Policy
In the event that you need to return an OptiShot Golf product, please read and understand our return policy below, then fill out and submit the online refund request form to begin the process.
Our 30-day return policy applies only to purchases made directly from OptiShot Golf, and does not apply to shipping charges. Courses and Season Pass are nonrefundable.
반품 요청은 구매 후 30일 이내에 제출해야 합니다. 승인되면 구매 반품 방법에 대한 지침과 반품 승인(RMA) 번호가 제공하신 이메일 주소로 전송됩니다. 이 절차는 3~5일이 소요될 수 있습니다.
All returned items must be shipped prepaid and insured for the full value. Risk of loss or damage to any returned item will be borne by you until the item to be returned is placed within our custody and control at our premises.

In order to receive a full refund for the item(s) you are returning, the item(s) must arrive back to our distribution center in Like New condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" would mean that the items you ordered and are returning must not show any visual signs of wear. If items are returned with visual signs of wear, or have minor issues due to use, they will qualify for return, but with a 20% restocking fee. Items that are damaged, broken or are showing significant signs of wear will not be refunded. All BallFlight returns could be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
3. The returned item was purchased directly from OptiShotgolf.com.4. 반품된 제품은 모든 설명서, 액세서리 및 포장재를 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않는 원래의 모든 내용물과 함께 원래 포장된 상태여야 합니다.
Additionally, gifts or free products from OptiShot Golf, should they have been included with the original purchase, must also be returned.
모든 환불은 최초 구매 시와 동일한 결제 수단을 통해 이루어집니다. 창고에서 반품된 상품을 확인한 후 영업일 기준 5일 이내에 배송비 및 해당 재입고 수수료를 차감한 금액이 환불 처리됩니다. 신용카드 회사에서 반품이 명세서에 표시되기까지 며칠이 추가로 소요될 수 있습니다.
