If you are a customer using Red Stakes Golf Club's Services or Site, and you would like to have your account deleted which includes any collected personal information, then please contact Red Stakes Golf Club at support@rsgolf.com to have your account deleted. Note that because of the nature of Red Stakes Golf Club’s Services, if you request to have your account deleted, which would include all of your data, you will be unable to use Red Stakes Golf Applications and you give up all rights to the licenses thereto.

Personal Information: We may share Personal Information, in the form of Persistent Identifiers, including Device ID and IP Address, for the purpose of providing support for the internal operations of our Services and our Site. We may share limited Personal Information, in the form of email addresses and general (non-specific) geolocation for marketing purposes only.

''Support for the internal operations of our Services and our Site'' means activities necessary for the Services or Site to maintain or analyze its functioning; perform network communications; authenticate users or personalize content; serve contextual advertising or cap the frequency of advertising; protect the security or integrity of the user, Service, or Site; ensure legal or regulatory compliance; or perform other usage analytics. Through our Services and Site, no other personal information is collected and the persistent identifiers are not used or disclosed to contact a specific individual, including through behavioral advertising; to amass a profile on a specific individual; or for any other purpose.
