365-Day Guarantee & Return Policy
At Red Stakes Golf (RSG), we stand behind our products with a 365-Day Guarantee. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 365 days of the original purchase date.
How the 365-Day Guarantee Works
- Returns are accepted within 365 days of purchase for items bought directly from rsgolf.com
- A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before any product is sent back
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

No pre-paid return labels are provided
- No restocking fees when returned within the 365-day window
- Items must be returned in reasonable condition, including all original components and accessories

In order to receive a full refund for the item(s) you are returning, the item(s) must arrive back to our distribution center in Like New condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" would mean that the items you ordered and are returning must not show any visual signs of wear. If items are returned with visual signs of wear, or have minor issues due to use, they will qualify for return, but with a 20% restocking fee. Items that are damaged, broken or are showing significant signs of wear will not be refunded.
- Normal wear from regular use over time is expected and acceptable
How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team at support@rsgolf.com to request a return
- Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide return instructions
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the return package
- Ship the product back using your preferred carrier
Returns sent without an RA number may be refused or delayed.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing occurs within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exclusions
- Purchases made through third-party retailers (including Costco, Amazon, or authorized resellers) are subject to the return policies of those sellers
- Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification are not covered
- Missing components may result in a partial refund
Warranty
All RSG products also include a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, separate from the 365-Day Guarantee.
Your request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Upon approval, instructions on how to return your purchase and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be emailed to the email address you provide. Please note this process may take 3 - 5 days.
All returned items must be shipped prepaid and insured for the full value. Risk of loss or damage to any returned item will be borne by you until the item to be returned is placed within our custody and control at our premises.
You must ensure that a printed copy of your RMA email from our returns department described above be included with each returned item.
We shall only process refunds for any returned item purchased if the following conditions are met.
1. A printed copy of the email containing your return instructions and RMA number is included in the box.
2. The returned item is in the same condition as it was delivered to you.
3. The returned item was purchased directly from rsgolf.com.
4. The returned item is in its original packaging with all of it’s original contents including but not limited to all documentation, accessories, and packing materials.
Additionally, gifts or free products from Red Stakes Golf, should they have been included with the original purchase, must also be returned.
All refunds shall be made through the same method of payment as was the original purchase. After inspection of your returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed, less shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees, within within 5 business days. Please note, it may take your credit card company an additional few days to show the return on your statement.
Warranty
Technology come with a 1 year warranty. All screens and accessories come with a 30 day warranty.
Restocking Fees
Your refund will be assessed a 20% Restocking Fee for returns which are missing items, or for returns with damaged items, or for returns that arrive after the RMA has expired. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed for any returns that do not contain the required printed copy of the RMA email containing return instructions and valid RMA number from our returns department described above.
