Please check your local Customs/Import Regulations prior to purchase. Thank you for your business.

International Orders

Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected upon delivery from the carrier based on value. We recommend shipping internationally via USPS if possible as the brokerage fees are much less than FedEx.

You can check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Additional Information for International Orders

Below is some additional information regarding international shipments going to Canada. You may reference the following site for an estimate on these import costs:  http://www.thefinalcost.com

Fees for Canadian Orders

 Taxes
Each item entering Canada will be charged GST (General Sales Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax - varies by province) based on the declared value.

Duties
Under NAFTA, items that are deemed manufactured in the US and Mexico are duty free. A duty may apply to an item manufactured outside of the US.
Brokerage Fees
Processing fees that are charged by the shipping provider are called brokerage fees.  Courier companies and postal services use customs brokers to get packages processed through Canada Customs at the Canadian border.

FedEx

FedEx charges brokerage fees based on the value of your order in CAD. Charges typically apply to all shipments and must be paid at the time of delivery.

USPS
With USPS, goods valued under $20 CAD are duty free and excise tax exempt. Goods valued over $20 CAD will be subject to the applicable duties and excise taxes. For all items valued under $1,600 CAD, Canada Post will collect the assessed duties and excise taxes and a handling fee of $5 CAD from the addressee. For Express Mail International items, the handling fee is $8 CAD.

In Canadian provinces with a Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario and British Columbia), you'll be charged the HST, rather than separate GST and provincial sales tax (PST).
Duties
Under NAFTA, items that are deemed manufactured in the US and Mexico are duty free. A duty (percentage) may be charged if the item is manufactured in another country.
